Now Accepting New Patients For June 2026!

We intentionally limit the number of patients we see each day to deliver focused, one-on-one care.

Unlike high-volume clinics, we prioritize quality over quantity—providing thorough evaluations, precise hands-on treatment, and care tailored specifically to you.

We operate on a simple cash-based (no insurance) model.

This means no surprise bills, no confusing coverage, and no restrictions on your care.

We accept cards, cash, checks, and HSA/FSA funds, making payment simple and flexible.

What to Expect

1.) Initial Evaluation
A thorough exam and movement analysis to understand the problem—not just the pain. This typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on your situation.

After your visit, Dr. Martin will walk you through exactly what’s going on, explain your options, and create a plan tailored specifically to you. You’ll also receive a custom home exercise program with simple, follow-along video guidance.

2.) Focused Care Phase
Early in care, most people benefit from a short period of more frequent visits to restore proper movement and calm things down.

For a moderate issue, this often looks like around 2 visits per week for 4–6 weeks depending on your goals, schedule, and how your body responds.

3.) Stabilization Phase
As things improve, we begin to space visits out while reinforcing your progress and building strength.

Most people transition to once per week for a few weeks, with visit frequency adjusted based on your progress.

4.) Maintenance / Prevention
Once you’re feeling better, care becomes more flexible. Many people choose to come in occasionally to stay active and prevent setbacks.

This typically consists of a visit every 1-2 months depending on your goals and what works best for you.
